About our Clinic
Scripts Pharmacy Foreign Travel & Immunization Clinic services are available to healthy travelers of all ages. In addition to vaccination, we offer a variety of other travel services. We can assess your individual needs for your destinations, make recommendations to your doctor about which vaccinations would be appropriate, and can check current information regarding any outbreaks in your area. We will also fax your immunication records to your doctor so that their office can update your permanent records.
It is important to understand when planning foreign travel to contact our clinic at least 2 months prior to travel. Certain immunications will need to be given in a series over a period of several months. However, we can accomodate those last minute travelers as well.
Travelers are seen by appointment only. Please have available your specific itinerary so that we can give you the most accurate information available for the regions/countries you are visiting.
Please bring or fax prior to your appointment the following:
- A completed Foreign Travel Itinerary Form (Click here to download )
- Names and dosages of any medication you are currently taking
- Previous Immunization Record
Please note that many insurance companies do not cover immunizations for foreign travel. We do not bill insurances for office visits; we will provide you with an itemized invoice for you to submit for reimbursement.

You can also call 269-428-2500 and leave your name and a telephone number where you can be reached. A Travel consultant will then contact you. At this time you may also request a Foreign Travel Itinerary Form and/or pricing information. Once we receive your Itinerary we will then fax a recommendation to your physician for immunization(s) needed or suggested for your travel. Upon approval we will then contact you for an appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out appropriate paper work. Our Clinic is located within Scripts Pharmacy in Saint Joseph, MI on Hollywood Road.
